Yes, caulilini goes by other names around the world. After extensive research, I discovered a few aliases for this fantastic vegetable. Besides Caulilini, it is known as Karifurore, Stick Cauliflower, Fioretto, Flowering cauliflower, Biancoli, Loose cauliflower, and Sweet sprouting cauliflower.
Roasting: The Perfect Cooking Method
For this recipe, I chose to roast caulilini baby cauliflower. I can’t resist a well-roasted vegetable, and I find that roasting enhances the flavors of almost every vegetable, including this one.
