How to Make Pot Pie in Air Fryer:
I make this recipe in my Cosori 5.8 qt. air fryer. Depending on your air fryer, size and wattages, air frying cooking times may need to be adjusted a couple of minutes.
How to save time if making pot pie from scratch
If you want to make small pot pies from scratch, a quicker method is to use basic ingredients. You can use rotisserie chicken from the meat department, or shred leftover chicken breast from dinner and a roux made with mixed vegetables.
You can also use a store bought pie crusts instead of making pie dough from scratch. Air frying times will be about 5-10 minutes less time because it won’t be a frozen pie.
