STEP ONE: Prepare the stove top stuffing according to the box directions, then set it aside to cool slightly. This recipe also works great for leftover stuffing!

STEP THREE: Spoon the stuffing mixture into each chop, securing with toothpicks if needed. Season chops with salt and pepper to taste.
STEP FOUR: Preheat the air fryer to 330 degrees F. Spray the inside basket with olive oil spray if your basket tends to stick.

Can I Use Boneless Pork Chops Instead?
I like to use bone-in pork chops because I prefer their fuller flavor.
However, if you’d rather use boneless pork chops, you can just add a few extra minutes to the cooking time since bone-in pork chops cook faster than boneless pork chops.

Tips for Making the Best Air Fryer Stuffed Pork Chops
- Use toothpicks to secure the stuffing inside the pork chop so it doesn’t fall out in the air fryer
- Make sure the pork chops are in a single layer in the air fryer basket to ensure even cooking.
- Always let your pork chops rest before serving! If you try to slice them too soon before the meat fiber has had a chance to relax and reabsorb the juice, you risk ending up with tougher pork chops.

How Do You Tell if Stuffed Pork Chops are Done?
When cooking pork or any other kind of meat, I always recommend using an Instant-Read Meat Thermometer to check the internal temperature. Pork chops are considered safe to eat once the inside has reached 145 degrees F.
The total cooking time will vary based on how thick or thin the chops are. Also, you always want to insert the thermometer into the thickest part of the chop.
