We want you to have the best experience with our products. If you encounter any issues with faulty lashes, we request you to return the tray to LashArt for testing. We will assess the lashes and provide you with a video showing the results. If found faulty, we will consider a refund based on the number of lashes returned. If not found faulty, we will return the lashes to you.
Important notice: Self-fanning lashes are unique, and LashArt uses a special non-drying glue on the bottom to activate the fan with a perfect hold. Please note that a small percentage of lashes may be sticky due to the manual gluing process, resulting in varying glue heights.
For faulty tweezers, we kindly ask that you either provide a clear photo of the faulty items or return them to LashArt for inspection. Once we determine the fault, we will issue a full refund for the product and the return postage cost.
Cancellation and Unsuccessful Delivery
Should you wish to cancel your order before we dispatch it (excluding peak times such as Christmas), please contact us by phone or email as soon as possible. We will cancel your order, and you will not be charged.
If you change your mind and wish to cancel after receiving your order, you have a 14-day “cooling off period” in accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive. To be eligible for a refund, please return the ordered products unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when they were dispatched from LashArt.
For orders over £40, customers have the following entitlements:
- 14 days after receiving the item to cancel.
- 14 days to return the item after notifying us of your desire to cancel.
- 14 days to receive a refund after the item is received by the seller.
- 30 days to notify us if the delivery was not received.
You are entitled to a full refund, including the out-going shipping cost (standard shipping only if the customer paid extra for premium). Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items, but we will refund the cost if the items are faulty.
If you are unavailable to receive your order and it is returned to us, we will refund the payment minus any shipping charges already paid and any costs incurred in returning the package to us.
