Please note that the cut-off time for same-day dispatch is 12 noon, Monday – Friday. Orders placed on Friday before 12 noon and shipped by Royal Mail delivery may arrive either on Saturday or Monday. Orders placed on Friday before 12 noon and shipped by DPD Next Day delivery will arrive on Monday. DPD Saturday delivery is charged at £15, and the order needs to be placed before 12 noon on Friday.

Trustworthy Returns Policy
At WonderLash, we prioritize your satisfaction. If your product has been damaged in transit, is faulty, or missing, please contact us within 5 working days of the order date. We will gladly arrange a replacement or a refund and guide you through the return process.
To ensure a smooth return, please contact us to confirm the items you wish to return. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, and we recommend obtaining Proof of Posting. Refunds will be processed to the original charged account within 7 days of receiving the returned goods.
Please note that for faulty adhesives, it is essential to return them for testing before any refund is made. If the product is indeed faulty, we will issue a full refund and cover the postage cost of returning the item. Similarly, for faulty lashes, we require a return for testing. We will assess the lashes and provide a refund based on the number of lashes returned.
Cancellation of Orders and Your Rights
We understand that circumstances may change, and sometimes you need to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel before we have dispatched the goods, please contact us by phone or email as soon as possible, and your order will be canceled at no charge.
In compliance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you have a “cooling off period” of 14 days to return the ordered products if you have changed your mind. The goods must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when we dispatched them.
For orders over £40, you have the following entitlements:
- 14 days after receiving the item to cancel
- 14 days to return after notifying your desire to cancel
- 14 days to receive a refund after we receive the item
- 30 days to notify non-receipt of delivery
If you are not available to receive your order and it is returned to us, your payment will be refunded, minus any shipping charges already paid, and any costs incurred in returning the package to us.
