Do You Need a License to Be a Lash Technician?
To work at Ekilove, relevant certification is required before beginning our comprehensive training program. This certification could be a cosmetology license, an esthetician license, or an eyelash extension specialty license. How Long Does It Take to Be a Lash Technician?
The duration of your training program depends on the license you choose to acquire, such as a cosmetology or esthetician license. Generally, these programs take around a year to complete, although timelines may vary based on location and state. Additionally, the salon or employer you work for may require additional training.
At Ekilove, our training program consists of approximately nine full days of training (eight hours each day), followed by four to six weeks of practice and certification.
